What do I do if I want to end my PracticeLight membership?

You may end your PracticeLight membership by clicking on the appropriate link in Member Services Central, sending an email to memberservices@practicelight.com or mailing us a termination letter. You’ll find more detailed instructions about how to do this in our Membership Agreement under the heading “Early Termination”. We will return your Daily and Monthly Close data to you in any file format that you request (Excel, tab delimited or CSV). Chances are, we’ll return your performance information to you in better condition and in a more useful layout than you have internally!

How Do I Join In?

	Find an event that interests you or accept an invitation. Check out the main Calendar or browse our Events page to see what’s coming up. Invitations from PracticeLight Members or members of our team will always contain an agenda and registration instructions.
	Check for availability and restrictions. Clicking on links in the main Calendar or on our Events page will direct you to a complete description of the event, including details about availability and restrictions.
	Register at PracticeLight.com. Just follow the Registration links provided with each event description to sign up. Members must be logged in to register for Member Events, and Invitation-Only Events will require an RSVP Code.
	Attend and engage. Our team will send out reminders and any prep material required for the event, but remember that it’s up to you to show up.
	Follow through and follow up. Even our best ideas won’t help your practice succeed if you don’t act on them and check regularly for progress. In many cases, our team will follow up with participants to get feedback about the event and its usefulness.
