Yes. We believe in the power of PracticeLight and stand behind our services. However, it’s also very important for clinic owners and managers to understand exactly what PracticeLight is, how it works, and what they will need to do on their own to make the membership experience a positive one. What you get out of it will depend largely on what you put into it–we provide research and analysis, but it’s up to you to actually manage your clinic’s performance. For this reason, we encourage prospective Members to read our FAQ and Membership Agreement carefully before processing a payment. If you ever feel that PracticeLight has failed to deliver its services as promised, we will work with you to understand the issues and reach a fair accommodation.
