Yes.  Since the core PracticeLight memberships focus on business performance at the level of individual Member practices and broader markets, we do not generally collect, analyze, or store personally identifiable patient information.  However, in cases where our staff may either have incidental exposure to this kind of information or require access to this kind of information to provide specific business services, PracticeLight and its Members will comply with HIPAA by signing a Business Associate Agreement that describes how the information is to be used and managed by PracticeLight in the course of our work.
