Once a Member has provided some very basic enrollment information concerning the clinic’s current market positioning and stage of development, our team can do its work using just a small number of business-related data points that Members submit through our website on a daily and monthly basis.  In addition to recording such “actuals” in PracticLight’s systems, Members also set Forecasts and Performance Goals prior to the beginning of each month to give them an effective framework for evaluating their progress internally and making the most of their membership.  The information we use to produce our performance profiles falls into four broad categories:

Our ability to build clinics’ performance histories over time from several simple data streams is one of PracticeLight’s unique strengths.  Daily reporting about clinic capacity and volume allows us to paint a very dynamic picture of each practice’s top-line performance, while monthly and annual reporting incorporates a broader financial perspective that helps us refine and add depth to your overall performance picture.  For Members who want even greater detail in their performance profiles and benchmarks, we offer add-on programs called “Close-ups” that require additional data submissions.
