PracticeLight membership is available only to healthcare practices in selected medical specialty areas and market geographies. For this reason, we ask all applicants to provide some basic contact information and to review the PracticeLight Membership Agreement carefully prior to continuing with the process.

Please take a moment to complete the following form. Afterward, you’ll have an opportunity to select the PracticeLight membership that’s right for you and your practice. If you’ve been invited to participate in either our Advisory or Startup Membership program or are being sponsored by a PracticeLight partner organization, you’ll also be asked to enter your RSVP code.

If you’re already a PracticeLight Member, visit the Member Gateway to login. You’ll be able to upgrade or add to your current membership from your Member Services Central page. Just click on the Enhanced Membership Options icon.
