Is any technical training required to learn to use PracticeLight?

No. We don’t believe that technology should get between you and the answers you need to manage your practice. If you’re comfortable logging in to your favorite website or using online banking, you already know the basics of navigating PracticeLight. Our Members-only Support area features a Guided Tour, Getting Started resources, and a Metrics Glossary that are each designed to help you and your staff get up to speed quickly. There’s also a How-To Video Gallery and Download Library to help you make the most of membership. Once you’ve had an opportunity to learn how PracticeLight is organized and become comfortable with how information is displayed, we’re confident you’ll quickly discover your own approach to exploring—and understanding—your clinic’s performance.

How Do I Join In?

	Find an event that interests you or accept an invitation. Check out the main Calendar or browse our Events page to see what’s coming up. Invitations from PracticeLight Members or members of our team will always contain an agenda and registration instructions.
	Check for availability and restrictions. Clicking on links in the main Calendar or on our Events page will direct you to a complete description of the event, including details about availability and restrictions.
	Register at PracticeLight.com. Just follow the Registration links provided with each event description to sign up. Members must be logged in to register for Member Events, and Invitation-Only Events will require an RSVP Code.
	Attend and engage. Our team will send out reminders and any prep material required for the event, but remember that it’s up to you to show up.
	Follow through and follow up. Even our best ideas won’t help your practice succeed if you don’t act on them and check regularly for progress. In many cases, our team will follow up with participants to get feedback about the event and its usefulness.
