The answer to this question depends on two factors—the quality of your practice’s current processes and systems and the level of detail you want to receive in your Dashboard. Once Members become accustomed to submitting PracticeLight’s Daily Close and Monthly Close, we expect that it will take no more than 15 minutes at the end of each day and 30 minutes at the end of each month to submit the information required for the standard Dashboard. If Members would like to participate in PracticeLight’s more specialized measurement and benchmarking efforts (for instance around detailed service, payer, or marketing mix), the amount of data required is larger and would presumably take more time to collect.
We offer both Members and non-Members opportunities to participate in events that feature PracticeLight’s performance management and benchmarking work.
