No.  Your data is your data.  We will not publish performance information or share it with any third party in any form that would allow a practice to be individually identified.  In the regular course of business, we will anonymize your data and combine it with data with data from other Members as well as from other sources to produce proprietary research and analysis which is then made available to the membership at large.  This research and analysis (including benchmarks, market overviews and best practice profiles) is owned by PracticeLight, which retains exclusive rights to the information and its use.  This means that we may disclose portions of our research and analysis for the purpose of marketing our existing services as well as for the purpose of developing and delivering future services, either independently or in cooperation with partners.
