A Scorecards is a small group of well-defined business performance measures that has been thoughtfully organized to either provide a broad perspective on your practice’s health or to highlight an aspect of it that you feel is particularly important (patient satisfaction, for instance).  For a Scorecard to be as valuable as possible, the metrics you include should be easy to understand and sharply focused on significant areas of the business that you and your staff can influence or control.
